   Everything from the initial email contact with Sarah to leaving the salon today after my first appointment was first-class. A couple of days ago, I had an in-depth consultation with Louise, and I really felt listened to and cared for by her. Evie did my colour test patch, and she was delightful. Today I had a complete restyle and colour, and I’m so happy with the results. Being post-menopausal and post-chemo/radiation treatment, Louise had her work cut out for her! She was so lovely and clearly is very experienced in cutting and colouring. I can’t remember going to any salon previously in Southsea that has such high standards of customer service. Also, I was given complimentary Bucks Fizz, snacks, coffee, biscuits, and a goodie bag! I was made to feel very welcome and treated with such respect. I feel that today was such a much-needed treat and I’m very much looking forward to going back in January! ❤️

   As a regular customer of Scissors, I can recommend the professional, competent and friendly service. With short hair I book monthly, with easy online access to stylists and appts available, often possible for the next day. The salon and staff are welcoming, making clients feel valued and relaxed, nothing is too much trouble.

   I’m new to the area and was on the hunt for a local hairdresser. After reading the great reviews, I booked in to have a cut and blow dry and colour consultation with Lilly. The salon and Lilly were very warm and welcoming. My hair goals and how I like my hair cut/coloured was the centre of the consultation and I left with exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Lilly and will be going back. Thank you x

   Love coming here it's so friendly welcoming relaxing The girls are all super nice advice is brilliant Leah does my hair n I love what she does I feel a million dollars when leaving We book to have our hair done for special occasions blow dry n curled tilly is learning and she is amazing at what she does and we love it The owner sarah she is lovely and I love chatting to her in between treatments sarah has a lovely business with great staff Great prices too Will recommend all day long

   It was my first time visiting Scissors of Eastney and I’m honestly not surprised that they only have 5 star reviews! Everyone at the salon is so friendly and you are made to feel welcome from the moment you enter the building. Leah did my hair and did an amazing job as well as given me advice on care and next steps for my colouring. Will definitely be back !

   Love the experience here. Great discussion about what suits my hair and lifestyle, every visit, especially when my ideas may be a bit far out!! Friendly banter - not just my hairdressers but have become my friends. They always know what I need, peaceful relaxing session or gossip and sing-a-long.
