   It was first time I visited KP Salons in Fareham and i can't recommended them enough. Just want to say a BIG Thank You to Amy, who did my hair today. I went to have my hair cut for the first time in a very long time and she did absolutely magic on my head. I feel so confident now . You definitely made my day. All the team are so friendly and welcoming.

   I’ve been following Ellie around for years as she’s the only person who cuts my hair consistently. It’s a real pleasure to get my fortnightly cut here at the Fareham branch. The whole team are amazing and extremely welcoming and always ensure you feel at home during your appointment.

   I'm always really confident getting my hair cut here. Great service and always a good result. I had a weird experience recently, when I went in for a pop of vivid colour. The original result was great but it faded really quickly after a couple of washes. What I was really impressed by, was the way they fixed it. I had a next day appointment to put the colour back in with some extra colour lock stuff at no additional expense. Excellent customer service!

   Sadly, my experience at this salon left me with green/blue hair at the side above my ears. This mistake then caused my hair to became very dry and damaged hair from staff trying to scrub, yes scrub the green/blue out. Over a year later the hair has still not recovered. No apology was given, it was brushed off with 'this happens sometimes' - I was still charged full price and I won't be returning. Careful anyone who has colour/highlights done here!

   I was treated by Madi today for a complete redo of my hair! She was lovely, funny and professional. You can tell she knows her stuff! I'm so pleased with my new hair! Everyone was super friendly too. This has been my first time at this salon and I'm booked in again.

   Jasmine is an angel. I came to the salon in a bit of a pickle with some very ‘warm’ blonde hair…. I was desperate for those ashy tones and Jasmine did not disappoint! I cannot stop looking at my hair. Her customer service was exceptional and she was very attentive throughout my whole experience at KP Salon in Fareham. Jasmine comes highly recommended by me! Thank you so much for your hard work… one VERY happy customer!!! X
