I had my first appointment with Yasmin today, and to say she worked wonders is an understatement! She was so calming and lovely, and the hair cut and blow out??? She DELIVERED! I left looking expensive. She told me everything she used, how I can use it and how to style my hair. I will only let her cut my hair now. I want to gatekeep her, but she deserves all the spotlight!
I had my hair done here by Marcus on Thursday. I don’t get my hair done often and I’m not very used to it, but Marcus made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. I am really pleased with the haircut. Marcus made sure to talk me through what he thought would be best for the style I asked for and honestly I love it! It looks just how I wanted it. The finish was beautiful, and the haircut sits beautifully without the expert styling as well! Very pleased, I will definitely be back :)
First time at Two Colour and Hair Design and I am extremely impressed. I had a fifteen minute consultation prior to my appointment and the stylist was very professional , listening to my hair preferences, whilst asking all the right questions. I then turned up for my appointment and had a lovely relaxing experience. The interior of the salon is very tasteful and charming. The stylist (Shona) was attentive and passionate with the colour, products and the restyle, plus a lovely head massage at the back wash. My hair looks and smells amazing and I am completely thrilled with the outcome. My only regret was no leaving a great tip as couldn’t leave one on my card. I will most certainly be going back and couldn’t recommend this salon enough.Thank you guys!
Poor communication, poor customer service. I’ve left multiple messages (on the answering machine and with 2 different people), but never got a call back, so I had to chase them again to book an appointment, only for them to cancel it the last minute. I had really high expectations as on the initial appointment my stylist was nice and seemed reliable, but in the end I was disappointed I’m afraid. And my haircut wasn’t great: I’d say 3 out of 5. So, unfortunately, I will not be going back.
Without doubt, Two has given me the best hair of my life. I’ve been having my cut and colour done by Marcus, Shona and the team for a good few years now and am always thrilled with the results. I have fine hair which tends to be brittle and lank but it’s never been better since they got their hands on it. Shiny, swingy and easy to maintain. Add to that the chic, jewel box of a salon and the fact that the team positively beam with friendliness and talent, it’s more than worth getting an appointment though you will have to plan ahead, they are quite righty in demand.
My (nearly) teenager had a fab time with Lucy this evening. She really made sure that she knew what they wanted and gave them an absolutely brilliant cut. We’ll definitely be returning!
Fabulous styling and cut by Shona. Delighted with the result left feeling like a million dollars. All the staff are so friendly and warm. Great salon would definitely recommend.
