Went in today to get my hair done by brooke and what can i say i left the salon super happy with my hair, shes done an amazing job couldn’t recommend enough. thank you so much for making me love my hair again and thank u for having the patience with the amount of hair i have i really appreciate it!!!

Just wanted to take a minute to thank Karla for being absolutely amazing with my 3yo daughter. Daughter has only just started going to hairdresser and gets a little nervous, but Karla does a wonderful job of engaging her and getting her feeling comfortable. Would definitely recommend Hi-Lites for young children's haircuts =).
I had my appointment with Karla who was so lovely and friendly and really made me feel comfortable and she did a perfect job lovely cut and a really lovely treatment too! Then she curled it for me and I’m so happy with it thank you so much :) xx
I had nano keratin straightening and the results are fantastic. I would recommend this it is worth every penny. The staff are amazing and so welcoming.

Karla was very friendly and professional and did a great job sorting out my hair. It's hard to find hairdressers who are good with curly hair, so I feel very pleased to have found one that did such a nice job. Karla listened to what I wanted done with my hair, and was able to give me a useful reccomendation for a styling product that would work with my hair type. I would definitely recommend Hi-lites.
If I could, I would rate Hi-Lites with 10 stars! Alison and her team are so friendly and welcoming but most of all knowledgeable. I have genuinely had a brilliant and informative visit today with the bonus of walking out looking and feeling 10 years younger, all down to Alison's keen perception of the best possible style and cut for my hair texture. Hi-lites is a wonderful salon. I have been coming here for over 20-years and they have always made my hair feel amazing. All staff are professional, caring and attentive to their clients. I have naturally curly hair and always wanted it to be smooth and straight. Recently Alison has provided an amazing new treatment (over several hours) which has transformed my hair. In summary Hi-Lites provides excellent service!
