   Called in advance to check that they have hairdressers who can cut curly (mixed type 3c) hair. I was told definatively that they could. Travelled for 1 hour to get there, only to be told that they CANNOT cut cut hair such as mine. Hairdresser did agree to try, and give and the distance travelled/money spent, I also agreed. I had a cut/shape and treatment. Results so very poor. Hair was finger coiled, but having left salon, hair was so dry! Hair was frizzy and no shape. Very upsetting. I wrote a complaint given Toni and Guy, given their false advertising of their services. I was only offered a treatment in the very same salon. No refund or offer of alternative salon. If you have curly/mixed/textured hair, AVOID!! Or you're be paying £90 for an expenisve mistake

   I had a cut and blow dry here and even though I hadn’t booked I managed to get an appointment. The stylist recognised me as a customer who had used the Chichester salon about 10 years ago and she remembered me, it was lovely to catch up. I was extremely pleased with my cut and so glad that I will definitely be booking here in the future even though I don’t live nearby .

   Knock and it will be opened! That’s a bit biblical but then it happens to me while at Toni & Guy. It was this day when I had my wife bday unplanned about her gift that was a Chain of services from Shopping to Hair Styling. As it was a busy day, I missed on the appointments and learnt T&G are booked for days. Knowingly I called them to inform that I messed up and did not book for the day earlier. But as they are , they surprised me. Absolutely overwhelming that they understood my situation and managed to squeeze a time on the same day saving my self. My review about their services will never be enough to exhibit their charm and precision in what they do. Flawless and soul satisfaction guaranteed when you look at the mirror post the job done . It was the same with her. The hair cut was done perfect with the stylist being very much experienced in explaining and advising the looks for the face. Price is worth the hype. And hype is worth the price. After all it is a fire brand when it comes to Hair Science. Parking on the road, Great spacious inside , welcoming staff , with covid protocols adhered. Icing on the cake : 20% discount on all services( as on these days 28/10/2021) I am looking forward for some trimming and colouring soon. The revisit is guaranteed. Highly recommended for the ones who seek surgical strike on the upstairs and styles that soothes you and the viewer !

   The staff are extremely friendly. And of course the hair cuts I get are always perfect. And I've been to a lot of hairdressers in the area I can tell you. I would highly recommend Karl. Absolutely brilliant.

   I have used both Gemma and Karl in the past and am always delighted with the haircut they give me. They both know what hairstyle suits their customers and I always get compliments about how my hair looks after they have cut it and not only on the day that I have stepped out of the salon but weeks after - they are expert cutters. They are both fun and easy to chat with. The coffee is great and the other staff are all very friendly. It is always a pleasure to go there.

   Brilliant, everyone was so friendly. It took me a while to decide on the style I wanted, or even know what suited me but the patience of my stylist and the friendliness of the place gave me confidence in a brand new style. Also the place has really good AC so a massive bonus for the sweltering heat

   Visited here this afternoon for a cut! Karl cut my hair and I love it. I do have alot of hair and he had alot of patience. Gave me a few styling tips which I totally appreciate. Will definitely go here again. I'm looking forward to my color! Cheers and thank you Karl!
