   I took a lady into Gadget Exchange today - she has had a Nokia phone for over 10 years on pay as you go - now she is going to a new world of online using an EE Contract/Sim Card. but no one could open the phone to change the Sim card. "Al" was absolutely fabulous, he helped her feel safe, he worked miracles getting the old card out and replacing it with her new one, she was over the moon and relieved to get stage one completed. The customer service was fabulous I would recommend this store to anyone
