My first visit to Dimensions,and Sarah was just wonderful. Having struggled to find a hairdressers that I genuinely felt comfortable in, this was an absolute joy I would highly recommend Sarah and her team to anyone. Wash, cut & blow dry, and I was completely at ease. Lovely rapport all round. I have rebooked follow up appt. Very happy with result.

Leona cut my hair today and I was really happy with it. Always a bit nervous with seeing a hairdresser that i havent been to before what with having curly hair but she was great. Casey cut my daughters hair and she said it was the best cut she has had so very happy after our visit to the salon today.
Having phoned to book for the first time, I received a text asking for my credit card details to confirm my booking. I phoned to cancel my appointment and gave my feedback that I was not willing to provide credit card details for a trim Update - interestingly I booked an appointment with another hairdresser using the FRESHA booking system. The text I received from them just reminded me of the date and time of my appointment and did not ask for my credit card details.
Came in for a hair cut for my 5 year old daughter, we had the very lovely Olivia who was so patient, understanding and did such an amazing job, on a very fidgety child! Everyone was so friendly and kind and the salon is absolutely beautiful inside. Will definitely be back in the future for all our hair cut needs!
Had an unexpected day off, phoned yesterday, left message with my contact details & Sarah returned my call first thing this morning & invited me for an immediate appointment!!! Arrived, settled in with Jenna & spent the next two hours being pampered!! What a fabulous start to my day!! Thank you for another terrific cut & colour! Customer service, second to none!!!
My first visit to the salon – won’t be my last! Very welcoming atmosphere, light and airy salon. Tabby was very attentive, listened to my hair history and then made suggestions and offered advice and tips. Tabby also discussed every step throughout my appointment, ensuring I was happy with the cut/style.Very pleased and will recommend the salon.
Sarah does my hair, amazing hairdresser, lush colours, wonderful cut. Iam always so happy with my hair and highly recommended this salon.
