I had the most incredible massage today with Sophie at k:SPA. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm and professional approach. The treatment itself was exceptional, Sophie’s technique was both deeply relaxing and highly effective, targeting all the areas that needed attention without me even having to ask. She checked in regularly to ensure the pressure was perfect and created a calm, soothing atmosphere that allowed me to fully unwind. I left feeling rejuvenated, stress-free, and genuinely cared for. This was by far one of the best massages I’ve ever had, and I can’t recommend Sophie and k:SPA enough for anyone looking for a truly outstanding experience!
This was my first visit to K:Spa and the first wax I’ve had in a long time. Louise instantly made me feel so comfortable and completely at ease, which made the whole experience so much better than I expected. She was professional, friendly, and reassuring throughout the treatment. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now for my intimate waxing. Highly recommend!
I have been having regular back massages for years, and Sophie is truly an exceptional masseuse! For someone so young and only a year qualified, she delivers massages with the skill of someone who's been practicing for many years. She clearly has an excellent knowledge of anatomy and is passionate about providing her clients with the best possible experience. K:Spa is very lucky to have someone so dedicated to the wellbeing of her clients. I've definitely found my regular therapist!
Kelly is always so knowledgable and has so many interesting facts and advice! She has such passion for what she does and has so much experience. I wish I could afford every service they provide, each week as it’s so relaxing and calming in the Salon.
Absolutely fantastic. I had an awful experience at SkinSquared and came here hoping it would be better. IT WAS! The pain was so much less — I can barely feel tingling even though my appointment ended only 15 minutes ago. Louise was an absolute saint; polite, friendly, reassuring and definitely experienced. The facilities were also very clean with a calming atmosphere. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be coming back!!
Louise's stress buster massage was amazing. She really got into the problem areas my shoulders and neck. The stretches at the end really finished the treatment off nicely. Thank you so much.
