Advertises opening hours of 0900-1730 Monday to Saturday. It was well and truly closed by 1650 on this Saturday. It also has posted in the window a notice about taking cash only. That has been there for some while and I am always curious about a modern business which does not take cards.

I had a really awful experience from start to finish. When I arrived the therapist was on FaceTime and ended the call when I walked in. The waxing was fine but noticed hands weren’t washed before hand. She then went onto make a comment about my 14 year old cousins outfit and said how young she looked. Then I said I wanted dark brown for tinting and they off black and I have blonde hair. They’re so harsh, praying they tone done after a few washes. Whilst the tint was on my brows the therapist made a comment about the tattoos on my legs, then went on a tangent about religion and why I didn’t believe in anything, and spoke about all different religions and asked what would I do if I was ever in trouble why wouldn’t I turn to god. I was absolutely mortified. She then took a photo of my brows very quickly whilst the tint was on without asking. During the tinting process she was on FaceTime and chatting over the treatment. This is one of the most unprofessional and unhygienic experiences I’ve ever had. Would never go again. Wouldn’t even rate one star but had to give something to leave a review.

Do not use this place!! I went in for gel removal and reapplication. My nails were filed to burning point, my skin was filed constantly. 1 nail was broken and pulled off, 2 other nails were split. The ladies nails were constantly being dug in to my skin whilst she was filing my nails. The photos attached are how my nails looked when I left. I had to go to a nail bar on West Street where they salvaged what was left of this mess. The lady's phone was constantly ringing and she continued listening to message and using her phone whilst my nails were soaked in acetone, I was clearly an inconvenience. No customer service skills at all and constantly sighing throughout the process. Bad hygiene throughout the place, including left over polish on tools which was then just wiped on a piece of tissue before being used on my nails. Disgusting! I wouldn't even rate this a 1 star if there was the option.

Used this service in the middle of the shopping centre and all seemed ok until she trimmed my eye brows and must have slipped and chopped half my eyebrow off! I was left looking absolutely dreadful ! Would never return or recommend

I had a very strange paraffin foot mask as part of my pedicure which involved having tiny bits of hot paraffin smeared on my feet then having my feet wrapped in tin foil. This resulted in a couple of nasty burns to my feet, which still are still there 2 weeks later. I went back in the next day to show the lady who did it in the hope that they might stop doing this dangerous procedure.

Terrible service yesterday. I went about 3 weeks ago for a wax, tint and tidy up of my eyebrows. The women who helped me didn't understand what I needed but kept nodding that she did. After just my threading (which I didn't want) she said she needs to run to catch her train. I paid £13 and she said I need to come back for the tint? Basically rushed me out the shop. Yestersay I went back. The same lady worked. I hesitated, but thought let's give it another go. HORRIBLE. I asked for a wax, tint and tidy up. She did not understand when I told her to not remove the top bit of my arch (same as first time- she removed it) after a lot of back and forth yesterday. I had my eyes done and paid £13 and left. I realiased my eyebrows weren't the same. Not in the slightest. So I went back to ask her to fix it. The right side had more dye on the skin and looked fuller and the left side's dye came off completely. She didn't want to fix it and keep saying it is due to my skin type that the one eye took the dye and the other didn't. I said to her please just fix it. I can't walk around like the right eye has been done and left not. So she said fine but if it is a mess it is my fault?!! So I sat down. She put dye on both sides. Took the right side off sooner than the left. Another customer came in. She helped her. Then my left side was on too long so now I still have uneven eyebrows. I left knowing I won't come back. Also, she kept pushing my shoulder if she wanted me to lay back. Very very disrespectful.

I wish I could give minus. The worst place I have ever been to. Not at all friendly and they charge more than what's in the list and say - oh prices just gone up. In August I went for upper lips and eyebrow threading. I had 5 months old baby whom my partner was looking after outside salon. I was charged for waxing instead of threading. However my baby was crying so I paid without thinking how much I'm paying. When I realised I called them. The lady called Jasmine said when you come next pay less and hung up on me. When I went next time and reminded I was treated so badly. Lady who was their rudely said she doesn't know anything and won't accept less money in absense of Jasmine. I showed the email I had sent to customer service (which I never got response of) to prove I'm not making up she still not considered anything. I gave my contact number for Jasmine to ring back and as expected didn't get a call back.

I had my nails done at Fareham bhavi beauty and they were terrible. One snapped off the next day. The lady cut nearly all of my figures with the nail file because she didn't like using the hand piece! She then put acetone on my cuts which was very very painful. The acrylic was not smooth and flat. It was bumpy. And as I was on my hour lunch break she was doing infills I was told it would take 30 - 40 minutes. She didn't have time to paint my nails and still charged me £20! And also spent the whole time slagging off her colleagues to me. Would never recommend in a million years!
