This morning we arrived at Halfords to purchase a fog light for our car. Not only where we met by the rudest sale person we had the misfortune to come across. He cursed as he asked for our car reg and then told us they would not fit the new build we had purchased even though it says on the website and the packaging that they do. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience
Completed an order online and was ready to collect the next morning. Team member was pleasant and everything was hassle free. Plenty of parking and easy access. Store is well stocked and great standards.
I was very pleased with the assistance I got from Glenn the shop assistant. He really helped me choose the right phone holder - i was a bit overwhelmed with the variety. He even fitted it for me, all with a smile Thank you Glenn.

I went to the Downpatrick store to get my bike fixed. I found both Luke and Stephen very helpful. I mainly dealt with Luke who was a very enthusiastic and helpful member of staff. He was supported by Stephen who was very thoughtful and knowledgeable on bikes. Luke worked very hard to resolve my issues. He shows great skills in fixing bikes. I could not be more thankful for their customer focus and expertise. I will be back in the future as required.
