   Zero stars if possible. Desperate experience with Cochranes. Sold me a set of car seats that were not compatible with my vehicle. They then suggested to cut the floor in my car to fit the seats. Had to return the seats and Mark only refunded me £650 after I paid €1300 for the seats and delivery. Cochranes made me pay for the return delivery also which they dragged out over months. An appalling unprofessional experience and would avoid at all costs.

   After sending out at least six emails to all the vehicle dismantlers in the area this company was the only one that replied and at 8am the very next day. I needed a brake carrier for my Skoda Yeti. On arriving at the site I was greeted by I think the owner/manager who quickly identified the part I needed and where to find it. His able assistent had removed the carrier within five minutes in the pouring rain and in my hand was placed the carrier, bolts and spring at a very acceptable price. I had been quoted more by another dealer I had phoned the previous day if they had the part in stock. I was even given a rag to carry the parts in. Great service and great price. They will be my first port of call in the future. I can't recommend high enough.

   Was told to avoid these cowboys but unfortunately didn't listen and bought a turbo with supposedly 20000 miles. Had to pay to get fitted and after mechanic realising the turbo was scrap I when back two weeks later and was told to clear off it was more than a week. Learn from my experience and avoid these cowboys at all cost.
