Ordered a helmet for my son. The tracking number for delivery that was given to me was for a different person and address. They won't awnser calls or reply to emails. Package still hasnt arrived, a week after it was scheduled.

Ordered a bike for my daughter for Christmass. Got an email from DPD to say I would have to pay custom chargers on the item. The company are listed in dromore northern Ireland guess what I also live in northern Ireland so there should be no customs chargers. I sent motorcross4u an email about this problem and a week later I'm still yet to get a reply. I have paid the customs charges but wouldn't hold out much hope on the warranty support with this company.
Would just like to say ! What a fast delivery/perfect item/ very helpful people! Was missing a part but within 2 days a part was kindly sent out and received. Thank you so much. I would recommend this company to friends/family thank you again
I recently purchased the revii 18inch from motocross4u, the wait time online isn’t accurate so if your ordering order 2 weeks in advance, when items say in stock it’s actually from the warehouse not the actual store, as I needed the bike for my daughters birthday it came in stock yesterday and I drove up from Dublin to meet the store in newry, they drove from the store to meet me!! I also paid for the delivery protect even tho I collected it myself, but to be fair bike was perfect
