   Unfortunately i have to give 1 star!! I took my car to get some new all weather tyres and a tall bald man greeted me at the shutters with a torn expression like he didn't even want to see me. I asked for a price on the tyres and he told me he didn't have time and to come back later, this enraged me as I had already been told to come back about an hour prior. I tried to explain this to him and he told me it wasn't his problem as he didn't fully work there. I left enraged unserved and disrespected. forced to go to another tyre place with already illegal tyres. I simply ask that kwikfit better and organise themselves also train their staff whether they fully work there or not.

   Just under two hours (110min) to fit a set of tyres is ridiculous. Clearly stated I also needed alignment done so had to go back for that. After pre-booking a 10:30am slot well in advance I nearly missed my 12:50 MOT test. You need to hire a receptionist. Having the technicians go in and out to answer the phone every 5 minutes makes their job very hard to do efficiently. To top it off the tyres were only inflated to 2.9 bar (3.3 recommended on the petrol cap and on the flashing dashboard message)

   Had a small issue just with my undertray hanging off & they gave me a hand to fix it up as best they could so it was still driveable while I waited for my mechanic to be free to fit a new one. Helped me out for nothing & were as dead on as could be.

   My alloy was very deeply scratched. I paid a lot of money for them. The manager Chris filed a “damage report” as “nothing else could be done on the day”. Haven’t received any calls since to schedule to fix my alloy. Was also charged an extra £60 to align one of my wheels. The manager didn’t even consider to put this as a gesture of good will due to the damage they caused to my alloy which I doubt will be 100% fixed. Disappointed overall really. I want Kwik Fit to contact me to arrange a resolution quickly.

   I had failed NCT test because a bulb in the front area was not operating, I know I didn't asked for lights check, just windscreen but it would have been nice if they check and warn me about the light while I was there

   I was over on holiday in Ireland when I suddenly got a punctured tire just as I was leaving the Newry area, and heading back to Dublin Airport. Nice lad with the AA recommended this place. They knew I had to catch a flight in Dublin and immediately went to work on my rental, and got me back on the road. I want to thank them very much! Highly recommended.

   The services were nice. All the faults were fully explained and relevant corrections were carried out in a professional manner. Doors of the vehicle should have been greased and lubricated. There was a sound in the vehicle which was not detected. Otherwise, very nice and professional attitude of the employees.
