   Been here twice - pre booked both times. First time, got seen to straight away for acrylic removal. In and out very quickly. Second time - waited 50 minutes before service started (acrylic removal again). No apology and long queue of other women clearly waiting a long time. Reviews seem to complain about the same. Not sure I'll be returning for a third visit.

   I’ve been here a few times but only if I’ve needed a last minute appointment and can’t book anywhere else. Every time I book I’m left waiting at least 30 minutes after my appointment slot, they waste your time and no apology once they eventually get around to you. The quality of the nails is okay but not worth how much time is wasted.

   Amazing!! The salon was busy when I arrived but I still got a walk-in appointment straight away. The service was really professional and there were so many gel colours to choose from. It was a very efficient job and well done! The prices are very reasonable - you get great quality for a good price.

   AMAZING salon, no exaggeration! Superb amount of hard work put into every single detail of quality work, the best in Chichester by far. Wonderful staff, these low stars are despicable, busy shop but totally worthwhile. Since they are professional nail technicians ,they gave me advice on how to keep my nails healthy, which if people follow then they’ll definitely see a difference so no moaning on this page please. All the effort put into my finger to toes is satisfying, even massages! I give this a 5 stars because it’s one of my favourite places to go to, to have a relaxing experience with the respectable, friendly worker. Plus the price to pay is a reasonable number in this period of time. Love you John, Vanessa and workers seeing you soon! Xx

   Grumpy and unfriendly staff who keep you waiting ages past your appointment time with no explanation. I don't think I've ever been seen less than 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time and recently it was over half an hour. They never apologise or give you any compensation either so it's just rude. It's as if they are doing you a favour by eventually getting round you. It seems to be arbitrary if you book an appointment as to whether you actually get seen at that time... they are obviously not at all accurate in estimating how long each appointment will take when they book people in. There is zero communication if they are running late. Finally, do note they also let people in without an appointment and attend to them first if they happen to be in the salon before you, regardless of your scheduled booking slot - so you are left waiting. Don't bother.

   I was so excited to have my nails done. Foot spa and service was nice,the staff are nice and polite. The foot spa and massage was lovely. When I had a proper look my nails was not shaped and my nails looked uneven and crooked. called and explained my decription shop dows not seem to understand.

   Had nail polish removal here. And my nails ended up with deep grooves on them from over use of the drummle. Will be hard for me to get a nice even coat of any nail polish as there are deep grooves all over my nails. Very disappointed and wouldn't recommend
