   On the off chance I thought I’d support local. Took my gel polish off and ruined my nails. They put a new set on and didn’t oven last a day without chipping. By day too 5 of them had split and chipped. My own nails are in a horrid state after using the wrong tools to take the gel off. Never experienced anything like it! I rebooked to have them redone but honestly it’s embarrassing and I don’t even want them touching them again, I’m taking them off myself and having to repair my nails! The photos are after 1 week!!!

   I have been a consistent customer for several years and recently had white tips. They lasted less than 3 days and when I went into the salon to show them - I was offered an appointment for the next day - however I couldn't make this as I have to work. There was no refund or suggestion of compensation and I feel really sad and disappointed. After the continued support and recommendations I give this business, I was quite surprised Anthony didn't suggest an alternative or go above and beyond to put this right.

   On behalf of my partner, said would recommend to others unfortunately gel biab extensions only lasted four days. Having only completed ordinary tasks. She did not expect this to happen especially as they cost £35. Fair price nice people, but not satisfied with the product. In fact hugely disappointed as would of traveled back for future treatments. One unhappy customer

   Anthony did my nails and they are perfect. He took his time and made sure they were ALL perfect and it was so nice to be able to chat and laugh instead of sit in silence which can sometimes be awkward. Will be going back again! Thank you!!

   Amazing pedicure and I didn’t think it was very expensive either! My mum had gels on her toes and we both walked out with immaculate feet. Definitely going back for gels in the summer.

   Gel nails only lasted 5 days it is peeling off - when done else where lasts weeks so disappointed I have a wedding event tomorrow! I phoned to complain she offered to do again but am now on way to wedding. I requested my money back she said she would only redo! Not happy

   I’m new to selsey Iv been here 6 weeks Iv been to this nail shop twice before and was very happy, i went in today, arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment and the lady double booked me she painted my toes then done shallac on my nails which she rushed as her other lady was waiting 30 minutes, when she finished i said I’m not very happy with my nails there abit patchy and shape was not great, I’m not one to complain, she instantly lost her temper and started shouting and told me to take my money back and not to come back again! I was in such shock! She said you took to long to choose your colour! ( i was 15 minutes early so had enough time) even her lady waiting looked in shock as to how she spoke to me! I said to her why are you being so rude, i don’t like confrontation! But she Continued to be rude, i took my money and said bye and she said Yh bye and don’t come back here again! From the start i was not expecting money back or even my nails re done i was just being honest that i wast very happy this time. Shocking that she speaks to people the way she spoke to me. Please DONT go to this nail salon because if your not 100% happy expect her to speak to you the way she spoke to me today! She also accused me of coming into the shop yesterday but i couldt quite work out what she was saying! Iv not been there for 2 weeks i booked over the phone yesterday morning. I would have been going back every two weeks and continued to be a regular customer but not anymore.

   My Partner has been here many times, most recently just over a week ago and the nails are falling off again already, Not the first time my partner has had an issue here. She shouldn't have to pay an extra £20 for the gel when they haven't been done properly, I don't expect my partner come come home nearly in tears after someone getting her a gift card for Xmas to use here. Stay Away in my opinion.

   Lyly done acrylic infill gel nails for me that had outgrown from my wedding set done in London. I am very happy with the time, attention to detail and the clean and airyness of the shop. I will defo go again.
