   AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! After reading the reviews, I was unsure whether to try this salon. I decided to give it a go and everything you’ve read is true. They are both unbelievably rude, petty (discussing the clientele openly albeit in another language- it’s still obvious you’re talking about the clientele) and expensive to boot. I will never set foot in this salon again. I should have listened to the reviews as they are correct. Avoid!!!

   Had my nails done yesterday as I got married last week and 2 days before wedding the lady I’d booked with for my nails cancelled me !! All the staff were lovely my nails look beautiful would have been lovely on my wedding day so we will retake our hand photo !!! Will definatly return

   Very rude caller. Rang up to get my acrylic nails removed. I didn't know you had to get them taken of at the same place and had attempted to take them of myself but only managed to get a little bit of one hand. The man on the phone was very rude and told me he wouldn't know what to charge and told me I'm young for having them (I'm 16 and it was for prom) then hang up on me straight away.

   Not happy. Booked here for my daughter to have her nails removed for school and the rude and miserable guy said no she is to young!!! She is 14 and she has had her nails done here before. Then he said because we didn’t have them done there he wouldn’t take them off “cause it’s to risky”!!!! I didn’t realise you had to go back to the same shop you had them put on with to get them removed. Won’t be using your shop again, which is a shame cause the ladies in there are really nice

   Absolutely terrible. I never leave reviews but as soon arriving the man was very impolite and serious. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he told me he couldn’t do that, then when I tried to find something else, he seemed to also be really unsure and clueless. He then told me they don’t except cash so I had to walk round Cowplain finding a cash machine, to which I decided this is awful, so I just left instead without even getting my nails done. Do not recommend.

   Had an appointment for infills, arrived and they asked me to wait which I did. When it came to my turn they said my nails were too long and they couldn’t do it. I asked why not and they said they don’t have nail tips that length but infills do not require nail tips. I was not happy as I didn’t have time to go somewhere else before work. They should’ve asked about my length when making the appointment if they cannot accommodate. Not happy

   Always go here when I get my nails done!! Best place around, much better quality than any nail shop in Portsmouth! Beautiful place, very relaxing, and polite people. Regular because of very high quality acrylic gel glitter nails and friendly atmosphere.

   Visited on a couple of occasions and in the past and very pleased with quality of product/service. Little disappointed that on visiting recently for a french manicure which is usually sprayed on (white tips) for approx £16, they choose this time to cut short my lovely length nails and added false white tips costing £30!!! Why? Not unhappy with cost but took a good while to grow my nails this length! May look to try somewhere else next time. Shame!!
