Had a wonderful Pedicure today. I have been waiting to treat myself to a Pedicure for about 3yrs after a bad experience at another place in portsmouth it had made me very warey. Very relaxing, lovely and clean and really nice staff. Absolutely delighted and will definitely be returning. 10⭐

I was introduced by friends to get my nails done here. They completed my nail set very well. I'm very happy with that and I will definitely come back.

A warning, please avoid! This place is simply terrible. Last Friday I went for a ‘luxury’ manicure instead I got damaged skin and nails. I realised that the tools are not disinfected. The ‘nail technician’ put the cuticle cutter back in the drawer, smudged with my blood, without being cleaned. I challenged her asking whether they disinfect their tools and pretended not to understand English, however as soon as another lady came in, she was fully conversant. The manicure in this place was a joke. I ended up with bleeding fingers and a shellac that peeled away 2 hours later. I lost my money and hoping not to get any infections. Please see pic of damaged cuticles.

Staff were friendly but a very poor level of nails provided. Gel nails look very messy and none of the nails are same shape, or length. Pedicure was not nice, cold water, painful and really messy nails. It was also £15 more expensive than my usual place. And really disappointing. I won’t return.

Thought I would support a local business after lock down, despite the mixed reviews. Really was not happy with my nails after I left, it was the most painful manicure I have ever had. My cuticles were cut dangerously short to the point where two of my fingers wouldn’t stop bleeding. My natural nails were scratched with the buffer, completely ruining the texture. The actual manicure was pretty sloppy and I wish I had listened to the reviews now. Praying my fingers don’t get infected at this point. Got offered a £5 discount, I still had to pay £10 for what I think should have been free of charge due to the damage. :( So so disappointing and painful. Won’t be coming here again unfortunately.

I would recommend going somewhere else if you expect your nails to last for a while , I went in for a full set of arcrylics and they managed to fit me in which I was pleased about however the staff made little conversation. One of the tips was stuck on crooked and the arcrylic was very thin and bumpy. I was happy to know that they had a very similar colour to what I wanted but the nail polish was very thin and had air bubbles in it. That is not the worst of my experience either, after 6 days of me having my nails 2 came off and after about 1 week and 4 days 5 of my nails have come off bearing in mind arcrylics are supposed to stay on for 2-3 weeks. I’m not too sure if it is the way they were applied that made them fall off quickly or if it was the fact that my nails grew out very quickly . Overall I thought my nails looked nice but they didn’t last.

Had a pedicure for the first time here, nothing fancy; didn't want shellac or anything. They did a fantastic job, my feet soaked in a bubbly thing for over 39 minutes, the chair massaged my back. Really good attention to detail on nails, cuticle , hard skin, exfoliation eta I was very impressed for £25 and my feet feel fab

I popped in by chance to try a manicure for the first time. They fitted me in and my first manicure and chelac experience was beautiful. I went away so impressed, the customer service was brilliant and the polish remained chip free for over 3 weeks. I will be coming back. The manicurist was so friendly and thorough.
