The lady doing my nails was very rude. Got a terrible finish, plus it was painful. Not going back.
Elegant nails used to be my favourite but I went to get a full set and toes done before my holiday and there was a whole new set of staff in there, not one I had met before and the standard of my nails compared to usual are awful and I will not be coming back. Within a week and a half my acrylics are coming away from my real nails which is shocking considering my usual nails from them last me way over infill time. Really upset actually as I have stayed loyal to elegant even though new higher rated salons have opened locally. I will now be changing as my last two sets have been awful. I thought I would give them one last chance with my holiday hands and toes and I am left feeling cheated :(
Awful. Only one staff member out of 4 qualified. One staff member telling everyone he had a tummy bug. Unclean salon. Nails so thick they pointed upwards, when I questioned why, I was told it was my nails that stuck up not the extensions, when I disagreed with this statement I was then told it was her colleagues fault who had glued the tips on! I had them removed at my request to which then another person then removed them and over filed my nail beds and burnt my cuticles with the E-file!! Social media posts are not even of their salon, using another salons video posts. Just avoid, save your energy and time and visit somewhere else
Shop doesn’t seem to be as good as it used to, I’m needing to go back a lot more often for repairs, the colour isn’t even or the acrylic is lumpy, and I’m always used as a dummy to train new staff! No one seems to know what’s going on and booking times are ignored always first come first serve
First time I've had my nails extended so I didn't know exactly what I wanted or needed. I was helped to decide and was very happy with the result.
I have been coming here now for about 10 years.. staff are super friendly and the nails are amazing, nothing is ever too much trouble and I am quite fussy… really would never go anywhere else x. Great job team @ elegant nails xx
