   I have previously had work completed with Mackins & they are brilliant at what they do. So I called at the beginning of January to enquire about having my rear bumper resprayed. I was told to bring the car up & they would have a look, which I did) I was then told it could be a month or so before they would be able to fit me in because of a recent storm. I hadn't had any contact come late April so I decided to give them a call to follow up. I was then told by a member of staff they were booked up with work untill July. Also unable to even give me a rough date. In summary after waiting 4 months with no follow up from staff during that time, I am rather disappointed as it seems I have waited 4 months only to find out I now have to organise this with another shop after.

   First time I have ever used Mackins. Arranged by my insurance company. Cannot recommend highly enough. Customer service was first class. I was kept up to date throughout the process. The guys who met me at enterprise rental to take my car away were really friendly. Staff even sent me a photo of the completed work via what’s app. My car is fixed perfectly.    Mackins was recommended to me for some repair work on my back bumper. From initial contact with Paddy right the whole way through the service he provided was top quality. He communicated well with me, provided me a courtesy car and the turn around of the from leaving the car in to getting it back was fast. The work carried out is perfection, i would highly recommend any one needing bodywork or repair work done to use this place. Their standard's are high. Great work.
