   Went in today to do my nails and asked not to do my nails with acrylic but with french tips and building gel and the girl that worked there refused cause it is not that strong (however which is my choise) after that i asked for coffin shape and she didnt do it instead she did the with sharp sides and low inside causing it to look like an U. I asked her to straighten it up and she refused she said she cant do it because the natural nail shape is like that and refused. I asked for nude colour and black french which she said no lets leave it with the acrylic colour and I ended up with black disgusting nails even tho I showed her the pic of the shape variousss times. Not to mention the part that they kept on talking in their language which is very rude and even tho u tried to explain what u want they still refuse that. If u dont know how to communicate and agree with what customer want just change you job. Never ever going back and never ever reccomending it to sb. Will be talking just trash about them. Sorry not sorry.

   Lovely setup and a huge variety of nail vanishes but the lady who did my nails seemed short tempered and annoyed. There was a huge language barrier and the hostile atmosphere made the experience awkward. Instead of French manicure I ended up with just plain pink due to miscommunication. It’s a first and last time going there. Good luck!

   Rude staff, awful quality nails, over priced and the salons so dirty and not nice. Edit - had them on a week and they are already coming off, my nails usually can last me more than a month.

   Astounded at how rude the lady was . Interesting to read the reviews to see that others have experienced this . Shellac on acrylic has chipped after 24 hours !!! That’s never happened before. She made my cuticles bleed on 2 fingers . Huffed and puffed at my the entire way through the treatment . I will not go back . Ruby Nails on Forton Rd is so much better and they are all so friendly .

   Used this salon for just over a year now and never had a bad treatment. Had pedicure and gel extension on my fingernails. Always courteous, polite, excellent work on my feet / hands. Friendly. Always fit me in even if they are tight on time. Perfect 10 score for Perfect 10 nails!

   Has shalac done yesterday and my nails are bending and snapping already. With shalac it’s meant to harden your nails and this hasn’t I have now got split nails that are catching and breaking. Will never use this place again! Terrible!
