   My mum and I have had our nails done here for years and we love it so much. Our results are always perfect and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The shop is also so clean and decorated beautifully. We definitely recommend.

   I chose a colour, they told me i couldnt hwve that colour and picked a powder version very similar. Ive never had powder before but trusted they knew what they were doing. Told them i was in for acrylics, they sat me down in the pedicure chair then laughed at me when they started to run the water and said i must have told them wrong? When i told them acrylic nails. I sat at the right chair, i asked for coffin shape. They gave me DUCK NAILS. The ones that know, know. They had cut them back so short there was little to nothing that could be done to make them look half decent so i sat and perservered. Then came the powder....totally different. It was applied lumpy, uneven and patchy. I asked the man to stop and explained i wasnt happy with them, very calmly and unconfrontationally i said i was so sorry but i just couldnt leave with them and please could they be removed. WELL. I am a young woman and this grown man SHOUTED in my face, slamming tools (sharp tools i might add) at me, throwing his hands and arms saying "HOW DARE YOU SAY THIS TO ME, YOU CHOSE THESE, YOU GET ME TO TAKE THESE OFF AND YOU GO SOMEWHERE ELSE NOW HUH?" AGRESSIVE. I have been in this place multiple times before, i tip these guys HEAVY every time and theyre always so grateful and kind....for this man to act this way had me shaking and fighting tears. I repeated "i am sorry, but we have a difference of opinion, please dont speak to me like this i am not being rude to you i will pay you for your time please remove the nails, i dont think they meet your usual standard this time". He got someone else to remove them and continued to throw his arms and kick off. Ive never felt so vulnerable in a setting before, i was actually really quite scared. I left with my nails sore, cut to bits at the cuticles and still bits of acrylic stuck to them anyway because i just had to pay and leave as quickly as i could and i couldnt bare to sit there any longer.

   Don’t go here! They are very slow, don’t listen to what you want and make up their prices. I asked for a BIAB infill and showed a photo of what I wanted. Half way through the treatment I was told they couldn’t do any colours because they didn’t have time so just the BIAB base. Disappointing and not much I could do as they were half way through the treatment. They have a board up with prices that, at the end of the appointment, they claim to be wrong. They don’t have BIAB prices on the board so I was expecting some differences to acrylic however as I didn’t get shellac, just a Biab infill, I was surprised when they said £30. An acrylic infill is £19 and acrylic infill with shellac is £27. I didn’t get shellac so was expecting something around £19. I’ve added a photo of what I asked for and a photo of what I got. Don’t waste your time or money here.

   I use glitter nails all the time, all the staff are lovely and I've never had such as 1 acrylic less than perfect nor any fall off before infills are due, the prices are also so reasonable you really genuinely couldn't ask any more!

   Not happy at all. Poor customer service. My daughter and a friend went to have their nails done. Showed them a picture of what they wanted and were told it would be £28. When it came to paying they wanted £38! Also cash only so my daughter had to get cash out of newsagent cash machine which cost another £1.25! Fuming! Website out of date with prices and doesn't mention cash only anywhere. Left rather sour taste with me. Would not recommend

   I booked for a pedicure and acrylic nails. Absolutely fantastic results. Enjoyed every second. I had ombre finger nails and gel toes. Would definitely recommend their services. The nail technicians were very friendly and professional.

   10/10 been here a couple of times before lockdown and im glad to say they are as amazing as before. Ellie was so helpful and patient with my booking as i kept changing my mind on the time. Had a lovely chat with Ellie whilst getting my nails done. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Friendly, clean, professional, skilled technician. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Thank Ellie an Dave
