   I am far from satisfied with the service I have received from Screwfix Havant. As a lorry driver delivering building supplies all over the south, I thought I would try them for something which Merchants do not supply. I asked for a Window film, and I thought it would be enough for our privacy. When it came to the desk it was transparent, so clearly not. The young lady with coloured hair then said after searching, that this what you need - a frosted window film and I bought 3 rolls.. When I got home it was unfortunately transparent as well! I returned the 3 rolls, but one of them was opened to see the transparency. So, I had my receipt for all 3 rolls and after the lady advising me that the Frosted rolls was what I needed.. She would only refund me for 2 because 1 was opened even though clearly untouched. This is a matter of principle not cost! Very bad service!!

   sadly i didn't catch the name but i got served by a lady with red hair and a red hi-vis. She was expceptional, she knew exactly what i needed even though i was clueless. Got back to the site and the lads we're suprised i came back with the correct item lol.

   It's always the staff that make all the difference. The gentleman that served me was very helpful, chatting about and then looking for what I wanted, without me having to search through the catalogue. Then when the item only came on a much larger roll than I needed, he recommended trying Toolstation down the road, which met my needs perfectly. This collaboration between Screwfix and Toolstation and vice versa, is impressive and I feel that it's proof they both value the customers needs over the competition / profit. Well worth 5 stars. I look forward to my next visit.

   Popped in today to pickup a radiator and return one that was too big for a job. Despite me being a day past the return window the staff we're extremely helpful and friendly, accepted my return despite it being my fault picking up the wrong size. This is my new local Screwfix and I'm consistently impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Little things like this make all the difference, big shout out and thanks to the team at Havant.

   Visited the Havant branch today to collect a few items only to be told by the guy serving I couldn’t purchase anything without a code. As the catalogues are put away for COVID reasons I was told to go away and find the code on my phone. I am a pensioner without a smart phone and usually find the whole experience at Screwfix second to none with very helpful assistants. To say I was disappointed today with my wasted journey is an understatement. DISAPPOINTED !

   Staff are really helpful, there's always a queue but it does move quickly. Ample user friendly parking including disabled spaces. Prices are good. Wide range of items in the catalogue. Really recommend the click & collect service. It quite often has a busy queue, only gripe would be standing indoors near to quite a few people with perhaps less than 2m between people queuing and leaving, many of whom are trades people visiting multiple work locations.

   Went in the store and couldn't find what I wanted in the catalogue. Went up to the counter where the bloke was very good and helpful, even when he had to keep on running backwards and forwards to get me what I needed. Would definitely use this store again.
