   I went to Raymond at Ballybot with a “failed” Turkish implant. He took the job on with good grace and utter professionalism. The implant had to come out. The site unable to sustain another implant. There now seemed no solution to fill this unsightly gap. Not giving up, Raymond came up with the idea of removing the crown from the implant beside the gap and replacing it with a crown with “an extension” (my word for it) and so giving me back my smile!!! I was so grateful…. All the while Raymond was kind, optimistic, fun and completely professional…. As were all the members of the team. A HUGE THANK YOU!!!

   I can’t recommend Dr Raymond Duffin and his team highly enough—100/100. From the very first emergency appointment to the precise surgical extraction of my impacted wisdom tooth, Dr Duffin was exceptionally professional, gentle, and thorough. I’d braced for days of pain after surgery, but I got home, fell asleep, and woke up completely pain-free. I also experienced no pain during the procedure and the result was perfect. His fees were remarkably fair for the level of expertise and decades of surgical experience he brings. Beyond his clinical skill, Dr Duffin’s warmth, empathy, and genuine care made me feel like a VIP throughout. If you’re looking for a world-class dentist in Newry, Dr Duffin is the one to see!

   Cannot fault Ballybot Dental Surgery at all! As a nervous patient that needed a wisdom tooth removed, I feared the thought of having to go to the dentist. However, from the initial phone-call with Michelle to the actual procedure with Dr.Raymond they made me feel comfortable and relaxed and I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Raymond explained to me in detail how he was going to carry out the procedure and was open and honest about what to expect during and after the procedure. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate revisiting!

   I cannot praise Ballybot Dental enough once again. I had to make an emergency trip last Tuesday due to an abscess that developed over the weekend. Dr Morna Baxter had me sorted in no time with phase one of root canal. A big 'thank you' to the team at Ballybot and especially Dr Morna who employ their professional skills in helping us when we really need them. The fact it is also considerably less costly than Dublin also helps to alleviate the pain!

   My wife has been attending this dental surgery for years. I started attending about two years ago. Excellent professional service. Could not recommend them more highly. Dr Mona Baxter is probably the best dentist I have ever attended. Fees are much less than down South which is obviously a bonus. Less than an hour from Swords.

   I had such a fear of going to Dentist and was petrified of needles. I took the plunge and went to Ballybot Dental. They were just fantastic. I have no problem going to the Dentist now. All the staff are so friendly, understanding and helpful. The best Dentist ever. I would highly recommend them.
