   Sarah's classes are pure joy! I'm so glad I found them. They bring the fun of dance with the added bonus of a good workout. I only realise afterwards when my fitbit tells me that my heartrate was apace - too busy trying to figure out the steps at the time! The other participants are really friendly too. It's felt very easy and welcoming to go along - and this for an introvert who doesn't always find it easy to meet new people. Definitely recommended.

   Sarah came and did a fantastic Charleston Workshop for our amateur drama group and choreographed a sequence for us to include in a play we are performing. We were all complete beginners but Sarah made us all feel that we could do it! She is very kind and approachable and everyone had a great time. We would highly recommend her.

   As part of our recent Staff Day, we invited I Can Dance Shrewsbury to run a Bollywood dance class—and it was an absolute highlight of the day! From start to finish, the session was filled with energy, fun, and laughter. The instructor was fantastic—warm, engaging, and made everyone feel completely at ease, regardless of their dance experience. The choreography was accessible and upbeat, with just the right balance of challenge and fun to keep everyone moving and smiling. A great choice for company and team events

   I started Charleston 3 years ago after Sarah did a taster session at my work. I enjoyed it so much I joined the beginners class and I have been hooked ever since . Sarah is a fantastic teacher very thorough and positive . The classes are a great tonic after work and revitalise me both physically and mentally . I always feel energised . The fellow dancers are all lovely . I would recommend the classes whether you are a complete novice as was I or a good dancer . Sarah is a wonderful teacher for all levels.

   I have been attending Sarah's Classes for about 5 years now and have never looked back. She is a brilliant and patient! Teacher as well as being friendly and welcoming. I have definitely improved my dancing skills and love learning each new dance. I have also made some new and special friends. The venue where we attend is great too - plenty of room to move and practice our steps. Thoroughly recommend!

   We booked Sarah as a surprise for my best friends hen do. Sarah put together a bespoke cheerleading routine to 'Shake it off' We had 9 people in our group, ages ranged from 25-65 and everyone absolutely loved it! Sarah is an excellent teacher! She is great fun and was able to teach all of us the dance- which is definitely achievement with our normal coordination. We didn't stop laughing for the whole time we were there. Would definitely recommend hiring Sarah for your hen do!

   I've been attending Sarah's Charleston classes for a few months now, from beginners through to improvers, and I love every minute of it. The classes are fun, energetic and move at a pace that everyone is comfortable with. Sarah is an excellent instructor; full of enthusiasm and encouragement so no-one feels stupid if they go wrong! We have now progressed to showcasing our routines at events around Shrewsbury - it's a great chance to get dressed up and show how our hard work has paid off! The classes are attended by both men and women of all ages, so I would encourage anyone to come along and try it out :)
