   I visited Starbucks today and ordered a White Mocha, but instead they served me white chocolate. Even after pointing it out and giving them a second chance, they still couldn’t make it right. There was no apology, and the staff seemed unprofessional and uninterested in fixing the mistake. I’ve always expected better from Starbucks, but this experience was really disappointed

   Decent coffee option at Hull train station. Have to go out through the barriers if just passing through. Fast and efficient service and friendly staff. Selection of bakes, sandwiches and other food options available as well as hot and cold/iced drinks. Plenty of seating in the spacious customer area.

   The people that work here are so lovely and kind. Every time I’ve been in the barista makes conversation and has a real interest in the people they are serving drinks to. It’s lovely they recommend how the drink is best served. I sat in as I was waiting for my train and I listened to all the conversation and they spoke so nice and kind to everyone that came in. What a lovely environment to sit and have a drink whilst waiting for the train.
