I recently registered all 3 of my dogs with Vets4Pets and I cannot express how impressed I have been with the care, attention by, and expertise of, all the staff. One dog had a couple of teeth removed and I was sent a photo of her sitting up after the operation together with a report on how she was doing. I LOVE that WhatsApp is used for contact, and responses are so quick. Nurses have messaged several times to check on my dog's progress and offer support if required. In the 30+ years I was with a different practice, II never once received such a high level of care. I must also mention that the cost of my dog's dental work was about HALF that quoted by my previous vet practice! Finally, the premises/facilties are excellent, with parking conveniently situated at the front of the building (St.James' Northampton). I know my dogs, and me, are now in the best possible hands!

Thank you vets for pets for making the hardest decision a little bit easier on the 7th of December when I had to put my baby boy spike to sleep. A beautiful little private room was set up for him with a bed that he settled on almost straight away. Becky you were amazing and to the other staff member at reception for sitting with him when I left as I didnt want him to be in his own. Thank you everyone you have all been amazing and I’m glad he’s home now x

Very kind staff and my lovely vets. My beloved Arthur took his last breath here and he was made to feel comfortable. Thank you to the staff and to a kind gentleman who looked after Arthur in his remaining time he had with me. It was an out-of-hours emergency appointment at 2 a.m. I was not rushed and was given as much time as I needed to be with Arthur. I would recommend the vets. Clean, tidy, and professional veterinary staff who simply care for and love animals. Thank you from Arthur and me .

A friend, and my brother, both take their dogs to Vet4Pets for care. I adopted Sunny, a greyhound in May’25, so took their recommendations on board and registered Sunny with Vet4Pets. We have made a number of visits for various things, including vaccination, Flea and worming meds. I can say that my husband and I are truly so happy with the staff, their * genuine interest in your pet *caring attitudes -towards animals and their owners * full explanations regarding treatments, investigations etc * pre-procedure phone calls * pre-operative and post operative follow up care The waiting area is large and clean. There are ample treatment rooms. Parking is no problem, with spaces immediately in front of the building. I would highly recommend Vets4Pets and Sunny always has a comfortable demeanour when he needs to be there.

Jenny and her team go above and beyond with their care for your pet. They put your pet's welfare first and is their priority. Our recent visits were for my dog Fudge. He became very poorly very quickly. The only decision was for him to go to rainbow bridge as he only had days or hours left. The kindness, compassion and empathy from everyone involved with Fudges care was 5 star. I cannot thank all the staff enough for looking after Fudge and his family in this devastating time. Thank you.

I needed an emergency appointment for Holly, she brought up blood in her bile. I was able to come down in plenty of time. Reception was great and the vet put my mind at rest. She probably would have been OK, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. It reassured me that we'd seen a vet. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the amazing service. The vets are very kind and always help my dog, Pako, quickly and effectively. Before coming here, I went to a different clinic, which I do not recommend. However, this place is great and the vets always help my dog. Highly recommend.

Everything was explained and conducted to a high standard. We felt happy to leave Blue in your care. Aftercare has also been very good and we liked the WhatsApp option rather than having to bring him back in allowing him to rest up and recover. We lost our old dog back in August and that wasn't handled very sympathetically (we felt) and we actually went to another vet.. we thought we would try you again since it is new premises and closer in case of an emergency.. we were both impressed by the new surroundings and how organised it all seemed. Your staff appear to be happier and more motivated which we as owners need to see and feel. Thank you for making this a better experience.

The lady we saw was lovely, made a huge fuss of my boy as we walked in, which I highly value, rather than just talking to me then examining him, as she fussed him she checked his ears and eyes, which I thought was a very clever way to lower the stress for the animals. She gave his vaccine & he didn’t even notice. She was excellent, Visit with vet was definitely a 10/10. we’re on vacs for life so that was great but I did ask for kennel cough vaccine and was absolutely shocked it was £28 if I had it then for the tiniest of squibs up the nose, £40 in we had it later. But my boys had kennel cough before so wanted the protection. staff as always lovely & friendly.
