   It's not hard to find examples of friendly and helpful staff in any of the Toolstation branches I've visited in West Sussex over the last few years, but it might be tricky finding one more approachable than Karl P. He was an absolute pleasure to speak to, genuinely caring about my needs as a customer and engaged with me on a human level. It's far too easy for us as customers to remember to complain but forget how to praise, so hopefully this helps redress that balance - thank you Karl, and special mention to your colleague Chris as well. They both prove that being decent men in the trades doesn't require pointless machismo - quite the opposite. Thanks again and keep up the great work gents!
