Exceptional service. Really helpful and kind helping carry heavy items out to the car. I have been using them for years and they're the main reason to visit Clanfield.

My husband and I went to this wonderful little store on Tuesday, and was helped by the owner and her assistant. They were amazing, so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They helped us with a ring doorbell which they didn’t even stock and showed us what to do and where to go. The owners father had passed away and she and her sister took over the business. Well all I can say is your father would be very proud of you both. We will definitely be going there again. What a wonderful experience. Thank you xx
What a gem to have on our doorstep, it's like you've walked into Aladdins cave. They literally have everything you need. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable too, if only every shop could be like this.
Once again Holly and Mandy excel! After making a grave mistake, getting B&Q to cut 3 keys, (I was already in the shop getting timber!) twice because they mucked up both times, I went back to good old tradition and went to who I have always used! Difficult key but Holly matched it and it worked! Just a brilliant shop with some great people always smiling. Thank you both for being fantastic!

An Aladdins' cave of exciting bits and bobs. Although it's only a relatively small local shop, there is always so much to look at - Classic hardware products and an impressive array of tools, plus an exotic mix of other things too - cookware, paints etc all sorts really.
