   Booked well in advance of my niece’s wedding, as the website suggested this was a quality salon. My hair was done quite well, if a little dated, but my daughter seemed to have been put with an apprentice, which is fair enough if agreed beforehand, but definitely not for a wedding. Very disappointing and would definitely not recommend if you’re going to an important occasion. Sorry No. 9 but you let us down ☹️

   Highly recommend this salon. Had a wonderful morning being pampered with an excellent pedicure and haircut/blow dry. Staff were delightful and very friendly - even making me a second cup of tea while I waited out the rainstorm!

   I was in on Saturday morning for an upstyle and makeup for a wedding. I had no pictures of what I wanted, I told the lovely stylist “just get it off my face” and she worked her magic. My hair was absolutely stunning, I had so many compliments. The stylist (I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name) worked so quickly, was very friendly and she was not wrong when she said it would last for the following day too! One less thing for me to worry about on my journey back home to London. I also had my makeup done, again, didn’t have any real preference for what I wanted other than it needing to last all day and not be too heavy. My makeup was so natural and I loved it! I was impressed with the ring light above me so that I was able to see my makeup properly when finished. Thank you ladies for making the whole ‘getting ready’ process so easy. If I’m ever back in Newcastle I will definitely pop back in to use you guys!
