Extremely amateur!! They don't seem to have heard of heat protectant spray and completely damaged my hair, getting my hair straightened was the most painful experience for some reason(maybe because they used no product or protectant on it), they clearly had never worked with fringes before as they used a ridiculous brush on it and it was left completely flat to my face, they cut my hair when it was completely dripping with water (not even towel dried) and the cut was so jagged and uneven. I left the salon with a dash to my car so no one could see how awful I looked. Will never be returning!!
