The rudest service I have ever received in a grocery store. Chloe has triggered this review in particular. Awful experience.

Good shop some misserable staff members though

Walked up early to post a parcel as the website says the post office is available throughout the hours of opening. Was greeted by the response 'The post office doesn't open until 7, we don't make the rules ' and the other assistant just totally blanking me. It wasn't busy and would have taken just a few minutes. Not a great experience.

The co-op in purbrook is a great place to do your weekly shop if you're a local. They frequently have a wide range of produce available, and the reduced section consistently delivers. My main complaint is the lack of vegan options, such as for plant based 'meats': i was unavailable to get in any fake chicken for my stir fry. All in all, I would definitely recommend the co-op in purbrook.

Staff normally quite friendly does get very busy here at times

Staff are always cheerful and helpful. Has a good range of everyday essentials and some very good prices on special offers

Really helpful assistant on post office this afternoon. Grateful for his help with parcels, pricing and advice. Thank you.

Well stocked, friendly staff, great hours (6am - 11pm) 7 days a week. ATM outside to the 'right' of the entrance behind the wall. Parking can be quite restricted during peak hours so try to avoid those times if possible. All in all, a great little convenience store when most others are closed. Obviously prices at this brand of store are mostly always on the higher side.
