   I visited Tesco Lovedean Express today in the morning, as I needed to send a parcel via Evri delivery. I was very impressed with the young employee’s kindness in offering her help with a smile that brightens people’s day! Her help is very appreciated!

   Tesco's Express is too expensive they charge a lot more at a Tesco's Express than they do a normal Tesco store I bought in the Express one once and found out they are too expensive I like to stay with the other Tesco stores like the one in Commercial Road or the one in costume High Street as they are a lot better and cheaper than the Tesco's Express

   Well stocked local shop, with good selection of fresh produce and helpful staff. Only down-side is self check out tills that often need staff to bring back on line, scanners often require multiple passes before barcode is scanned.

   I used to use this shop as it was near me. But recently the staff I feel have given up, nothing is on the shelves barely the Costa machine is always broken or empty. It's annoying as I know the other tescos are fully stocked regularly so it must be a management issue with the store. I won't be using that store anymore.

   Absolutely awful presently. I've used this store for some time but recently, especially during late afternoons and evenings, the staff, who are mostly young, are moaning, discussing other staff members, being really disparaging about their jobs and working conditions, complaining constantly about what they do within the store etc. Verbal conversations are loud, using staff names, talking through customers and over them while they try to shop. It's really off-putting. I don't enjoy using the store anymore and will walk the extra distance to use Morrisons who are much more professional. The manager really should stop this behaviour, it's appalling!

   I visited this Tesco store today (Sunday 03/05/2020) I just wanted to thank the staff who were so jolly and friendly this morning, they really made my essential shopping trip less stressful and were incredibly welcoming. I didn't catch her name, but in particular the lady who served me, had such a warm and approachable attitude it was so much really refreshing to see! Hand and basket cleaning products at the door for immediate hand sterilisation. Excellent service.
