Dreadful customer service. While waiting in the queue, a member of staff barged past me to attend to a delveroo driver. I eventually got to the front of the queue to do an Evri parcel return and was rudely told "no, the machine's broken". No apology, no advice when it'd be fixed or where else to go. I will not be using this location again
I'm very pleased with the service and employees at this store. They accused me and my boyfriend of theft, when nothing of the sort happened. He paid at the register with his card and left. The lady at the register was clearly at fault; she should have informed us that the payment hadn't been processed (they had some problem with the terminals), even the next day, especially since I shopped there almost every day. I tried to explain it, but it didn't work because the ladies were very rude to me. I paid the amount, but I won't shop at this store anymore, and I don't recommend it at all!!!
I am having to appeal a parking ticket from this store (Horizon Parking) due to poor ANPR thinking I was there for 13 hrs doing a 5 minute shop. Now I am worried about parking there when Iuse this shop regularly.
Convenient store with friendly staff. Well stocked. Nice size car park. Good selection of breakfast bakery and they taste very nice too. The automated checkout could do with a clean (yuk). 1 star deducted.
The staff behind the tills are nice but the ones on the floor can be very curt or just ignore you, they are far to busy stacking shelves to actually help customers. I witnessed a customer challenging a shop floor member of staff after she ignored him twice as he asked her a question about a pick-up, he was very patient and polite and she looked at him and talked to him like something on the sole of her shoe. I think a lot more customer training is needed in this store.
Rude staff, only the blonde lady and the dark haired lady with the fringe that are helpful the rest are unapproachable. Coffee machine is never working in the morning some on us rely on that as early starters. Really quite poor service

This is my local Tesco Express which is handy to have near. One of the most frustrating things about Tesco Express stores are the inflated prices over the big Tesco stores. You will most certainly pay more for what you buy here, unless offers are available. This aside, the store itself is clean, well lit and actually has pretty good space down the aisles considering the store size. Selection of foods and drinks are pretty good considering shelf space and is usually well stocked. Staff are friendly and helpful and although the normal tills sometimes have a wait, they will put more staff on to speed things up in the queue. Self service tills are also available, as you would expect. I also had a moment of self discovery down near the meal deal aisle. I literally stood there and had extremely deep thoughts about my own existence and I was hit by existential doubt. After a minute, I came back down to earth and picked up a few of the meal deal items and went on with my day and thought nothing of it. The meal deal is always worth living for .
For this review 8th of July around 1230 Manager wasn't wearing a name tag or to state manager with Refused to help with Hermes machine, I have autism and couldn't communicate this with here because she didn't ask and I was wearing a mask After asking for her to help me to show to show me this 3 she stormed off to the back of the store to do what she needed to continue to do with out communicating this. I then went to pic up my shopping I need to only find her slagging me off to all the colleagues in the store. Really Tesco is this how you train you managers now. I was was showing signs of distress as I was wearing a mask and couldn't communicate how to work a Hermes machine work she left me with the younge man the till who did help by showing me how the machine worked! Thank you young man. Tesco you do need to start training you managers discretion, and some managers So disappointed and feeling discriminationed by Tesco your staff.
Time and time again there are customers doing their shopping without wearing a mask. The staff seem to be OK with that. Although it is the LAW, nothing is being done to implement it. It looks like Tesco is more interested in its turnover than its customers' health. Also there seems to be a supply problem recently as the shelves look sometimes poorly stocked.
