   ​I am a big fan of Lidl, especially the store located in the Northern part of Portsmouth. For me, this shop represents excellent value for money, which means a lot during the weekly grocery run. ​The shopping experience here is always quick and efficient. My biggest draw is the freshly baked goods section – the selection is always fresh, and the smell alone is wonderful upon entering. ​It is also worth highlighting the weekly changing 'Middle Aisle' offers. This is a true treasure trove where one always finds surprising items that go beyond groceries. ​Packing at the till in Lidl requires a bit of speed, but that's part of the fun! The cashiers are generally friendly and helpful, which makes a big difference. ​When I am looking for quality staple foods and exciting surprises on a budget, I always come here.

   I visited Lidl on 5th November and was shocked by the rudeness of the manager, Eliza. When I politely asked to confirm my bill, she responded with a dismissive and disrespectful tone, even saying, “You can hear whatever you want – it’s your problem.” Completely unprofessional behaviour from someone in a managerial role. Lidl should not tolerate this – customers deserve respect.

   I spent nearly £40 on groceries, couldn’t scan my receipt for car registration at those non-functioning monitors at shop. I’ve been issued parking tickets £90 for spending 40min shopping and not being to register my car’s registration plate because your bloody monitors don’t work!!! What kind of shop are you running?? Fix those monitors so customers can scan their receipt in order to register our vehicles…this outrageous behaviour from these companies. Why am being penalised for your incompetence to provide a functioning service to register customers cars’ registration details? Someone better fix this!!! Poor customer service at its highest. I’m fed up with this supermarket.

   Frustrating that vegetables were totally rotten if whilst packaged. This is the second time this has happened. Would request customers to check vegetables before purchasing, I’ve noticed Aldi also have this same Issue, not sure if same supplier or not. Shopping experience spoiled.

   just been here and almost busted a nut with excitement the isles are just layed out perfectly AMBATUKAMMMMMMMMM. its such a good place. this is literally a visual representation of my emotions right now, I dont recommend coming here as you will proabably bust a nut with pure excitement as you see how amazing this lidl is

   Nice shopping mall for entire house hold needs. They provide both self and staff assisted services. The most interesting thing about them is that you get your items at a cheaper and affordable price that you wouldn't get anywhere around them.

   Would of given zero, if this was an option, self service check out staff need a wake up call, they are there to assist the shopper, not hinder,we do the hard work by scanning everything through. The buck stops with the shop management, who,s attitude to there customers is reflected by the staff.
