   First time going there and wouldn't go back. Spoke to a lady there about hair colour. Explained my problem to her but she just wasn't listening. Told me my hair problem was regrowth but my hair just doesnt grow. After a few mins she sarcastically told me there wasn't much she could do. Told her she just wasn't listening and left

   Having had the most expert hairdressing experience today, just had to leave a rave review. Colour by Sheryl and Stylist Aidan proved to be a sheer delight in finally getting the colour and cut that suits me perfectly. Having lived around the world, London and latterly Bath, there has never ever been a combined expertise in one salon and most importantly given me exactly what I wanted. Highly recommended, if you can get an appointment!

   Would highly recommend colouring by John at the salon, I've had hand painted balayage over the years and everytime I go to a new hairdresser (for interim cuts etc.. as I live away) they always compliment the blending and the technique, even if it's grown out 6+ months. I am indecisive and really have v little creative vision but he has always read between the lines of what I'm trying to say, considered my preferred maintenance levels and how I regularly wear my hair to really give a style I can manage and look good in. Always appreciated x

   We went in nervous and came out bouncing with joy. A highly professional team that with every cut eased our minds. My daughter had very long uncontrollable hair and wanted it short. Gordon explained every step before and during the cut and taught us how to style and blow dry her hair. My daughter now has the confidence shes always longed for. When you need the best, its Gordon Keddle hairdressing.

   I've often been told I can be a difficult customer but that's only because I expect the highest levels of customer service when I spend my money and that's what I give to my clients in my own business. Although I don't live in Newry any more, I'm always sure to pop into this salon on the three or four times a year I visit. The talent and skill of the staff are top notch and this is my go-to place for a fabulous hair cut, to refresh my colour and to just generally pass a couple of fabulous, friendly hours. If you're looking for up-to-date, skilful cutting and colouring and the best customer-service experience, this is the salon you should visit.
