Great atmosphere and very kind staff! I've been going to Scissors every few months for years now. And they are all genuinely lovely and friendly whilst getting your hair done. I really like Catriona, she pays attention to the details you want and she's very talented.

These guys literally destroyed my hair with a terrible perm. It's been months and my hair still looks fried and my scalp is painfully sensitive. Not to add, it was far more expensive than other places I've been to which is ridiculous because honestly I feel like if I ever deserved a refund for something, it's for this. I hate my hair now and I can't fix it until it grows out which is frustrating because I wanted to grow my hair out anyway so that's set me back, minimum, 6 months. Do not go here.
The Blonde Woman on the welcome desk of this establishment is totally obnoxious & rude would not recommend if your expecting manners that is.
