1. PUGH RANT of the WEEK ★☆☆☆☆

   So I only went in as I thought I saw the disformed guy from the Goonies. However went I went in I was absolutely livid. Turns out M and S don't locally source their mustard from Warwick.

   have just got home and realised the flowers I PAID for are still with the cashier as she put them to one side while she put the rest of my shopping through ,unfortunately the number on the website is not valid....Great customer service . cant contact the store

   Good shop and nice staff, only gets 4 stars as when items are reduced they still scan the barcode and charge the full amount. Happened to me a few times now, just check the receipt before leaving to make sure it's reduced price as displayed

   Just previously gave one star by accident... meant to give five!! Often stop here, the staff are friendly and helpful, but most importantly, the coffee is superb, honestly! Why can’t branded coffee shops do this as well? Full marks to the staff here. Also, before you die, try the Hogroast sausage roll... okay, it’s pricey at £3, but omg, it’s like Christmas and Birthday rolled into one! Treat yourself! The other reviews about price and goods etc... what do you expect? It’s branded M&S so is quality, which is worth paying for, also it’s a petrol station so is never going to compete with Aldi or Lidl for heaven’s sake! What it does is what it’s supposed to do, and it is one of the best sites out there on the road. I know, I do massive mileage in my job, and experience plenty of mediocre sites. This is one of the best. Also, plenty of parking (for a garage), and spacious, clean toilets. It gets my vote!

   M&S in Commercial Rd; closed, noticed that click and collect for online goodies available here, so handy. Pleasant staff and small M&S food hall to boot. Portchester gets better and better!
