This place suddenly stopped being an InPost point. After waiting weeks for my parcel from Temu, I was told it’s being sent back to the sender with no option to claim it. Angry is an understatement as half of the package were gifts which are now obviously going to be late. I’m ordering these items elsewhere. Birthday surprise ruined because of this.
I have been trying to collect my InPost package for several days, and each time I visited, the store manager informed me that the InPost system was down. They assured me that once it was operational again, I could collect my package, stating they were 100% confident it wouldn't be sent back. However, when I visited today, I was told that the system was back up, but my package had been mistakenly returned by the store. The store manager offered no apology for this error and showed little interest in helping me locate it, merely suggesting that I check the store myself. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional.

Always a friendly & efficient service here, prepared to help you in anyway they can. I little expensive on food items but your paying for the convenience, so it's fine if you forget something at the larger stores.

Great little shop with simply the best owners. Always the most welcoming and helpful shopkeepers, nothing is too much trouble and they went to extra lengths to make sure the community had everything needed during lockdown. Exceptional service.
