Over bleached my hair and gave me the wrong colour. Had to argue with them to get the correct colour after showing them pictures before I got my hair done and after.
Nicola gave me such a refreshing hair cut and toner. My hair is ridiculously thick, and wavy. Only a smart, experienced hair dresser would be able to tame it. I’m so impressed and will definitely return - best bang for buck!

Asked for dip dye but gave me highlights instead, shows them a photo of what I wanted aswell but they didn’t do it. Very disappointed as I was excited to get it done and was charged a lot of money. Would never go back there!
