   Awful - we were sold counterfeit toys - the manager told us “what do you expect for the money”. The items were labelled The Monsters which are a legitimate brand however they are in fact counterfeit and we weren’t given money back - extremely unhelpful. They have been reported to trading standards. They even have Coca Cola and Pop Mart trade marks on the boxes! The QR codes have been scribbled out! Absolutely disgusting and clearly illegal

   There's a very miserable and rude member of staff who works here. She's a vile lump who needs to quit if she's not happy. It makes shopping here very painful but living in this village doesn't leave me with much other choice. At Least if I want a laugh, I can pop in to experience her bad attitude.

   I use Budgens most days. Staff are friendly and have everything I need to save me going to the bigger shops. Yes I do pay a bit more for what I need but when you factor in fuel costs to get you to the supermarkets, there isn't much difference in my opinion. Keep up the good work and service

   Supposed to be friendly welcome? I was immediately barked at to use sanitizer just as I stepped in store,then moaned at when left.Im using the coop across street next time.
