    The app in which you book appointments wasn’t working. I called to ask if there was anyway I could book it through the phone, or at least trouble shoot the problems with the app. I was very rudely told by the English guy the app has nothing to do with them, they can’t help in anyway and maybe I should get a different barber. So I did. Unnecessary attitude towards regular customers, minor success Is clearly getting to their heads. Plenty of barbers around, I’d avoid this one if I was you.
