Was very bad asked for a small bit off the top and a fade on the side he deleted the side and toke a massive chunk of my hair very bad service and toke ages for him to cut it seeing the quality of the cut would not recommend
The worse place I ever been to get my haircut. I’m honestly shocked at what happened I have to go straightaway after my haircut in Grafton Barber in Newry Buttercrane shopping centre to another place fixed but , person who cut my hair didn’t speak English at all, but that’s not a big issue I saw a picture but end up totally different disappointed!!! Rude attitude, place not clean, discussing!
Going here a few years with no issues, today however there were 2 new members of staff. A male called Mario I think, he was really rude to an elderly customer who is a regular. He was also rude to the new young female staff member. The elderly man returned as he was also overcharged and Mario was rude to him again. Theres no excuse for this.
I’m very disappointed with our recent visit to this barber shop. The barber made several unnecessary and unkind comments about my son’s naturally curly hair, describing it as "untidy" and difficult to work with. Rather than showing patience or professionalism, they seemed frustrated from the start and made us feel uncomfortable for something that shouldn’t even be an issue. Every child’s hair is different, and it’s the job of a good barber to work with all types respectfully — not to complain or judge. My son left feeling self-conscious, which no child should experience after a haircut. We won’t be returning, and I hope the staff receives better training in both skills and attitude.
Another great experience in Grafton today!!! We have always had such fantastic experiences in Grafton with the guys, they are extremely Child friendly and make my son feel very comfortable.
Great service with Simon. Friendly and professional and so convenient right in the middle of the Buttercrane Shopping centre. It was also amazing value for money. This is now my go-to barber shop!!

Used them on Christmas Eve morning they weren’t overly busy so I popped in while getting my shopping. I wanted a #2 fade with a scissor cut on top nice and short also about an inch off my beard. This is no what i got he missed several parts of hair, didn’t keep the corners tight like i asked him to and completely butchered my beard which now needs regrown because he took several inches and not the 1 that i had said this takes months. the barber was completely inaudible even after I explained i have hearing damage i still couldn’t understand anything he was trying to say. Then upon paying i was charged £25 which is absolutely disgusting price for hair cut and bear trim will definitely not be back and don’t recommend anyone to try it.
Amazing place not only are they fast but they do amazing hair cuts I felt safe the entire time a loved how my hair turned out and everyone there was absolutely amazing I adore this place and I'll definitely be coming back often can't recommend it enough
