   Went in and asked for toenails and infills, the girl who was doing mine was so rude pulling at my feet, got the design wrong to start then when I mentioned she was banging the nail polish bottles in her cart, she had my toes done in 10 minutes and didn’t even ask what base colour I wanted. Then went to get my hands done the guy barely filed them, didn’t even put a base colour on just used the acrylic which you can see where the infills were and the colour is chipping off already and is so patchy and uneven. Would definitely not be back!

   i went on the 18 october and asked for a simple design with short enough square nails. they still got the design wrong as well as the colour. 4 days later and the acrylic on my thumb has already broke off. this is completely unacceptable. this was my first time going and will definitely be my last. they were extremely rude and rough and just overall wasn’t good experience

   Extremely rude staff who clearly laugh and talk about you in their own language. Never felt so uncomfortable and couldn’t wait to get out. The man doing my nails was giving me dirty looks, tutting, huffing and puffing because I accidentally hit the side of my nail when putting it inside the lamp. He was very heavy handed and aggressive. I would have said something only the place was packed and I was actually in shock at how he treated me. AVOID!!!

   So bad... the quality of work is so bad, I asked for gel nail polish, so thin layer, not even pay attention for architecture of nail, breaks off in the corners, they looking for the quantity of people not for quality of work!!!! So bad!!!

   This was my first and last time going to this place. I found the staff to be rude with how the 4 of them carried out a very loud conversation in their own language with no consideration for there paying customers. I had a headache leaving the place. No credit card was accepted which I found to be inconvenient. The choice of acrylic pinks was poor, no light pink was available so in all I wasn’t happy with how my nails looked when leaving. They should really consider there customer experience, clean & paint the place, put new carpet on the stairs and play some background music.

   Went once and never again, asked for long extensions and coffin shaped, she ripped the skin off every finger and every nail was a different length and she shaped them a almond shape and not what I asked for. I went home with 4 infections as she cut them to pieces, I got in contact with the manager and showed her a picture and explained that I had to get antibiotics for it and she said that it was my fault and I wasn't used to getting my nails done, I've had gel nails on since I was 16, when I told her nicely I wasn't happy she then blocked me. I will never recommend anyone to go here. Disappointed was an understatement

   I loved it ! I have tried many salon and was nearly all the time disapointed of the quality .. That was my first time in this salon already one person recommend me to go so I tried and Personal was very nice even if they speak an another language that didn t bother me at all my nails are amazing it s all i asked for ! Quality amazing nearly 3 weeks my nails are still sparkless ! I am very Happy definitly recomend it! Prices are descent :) Can t wait to go back for my refill !

   This is the place I usually go. Although the language is limited I find them ok. I'm only giving it a 2 star because the last time I went there he cut off all my nails and replaced them with tips. My own nails are as long as tips. He had 2 off before I realised what he had done so I had to let him finish. When I told him what he had done he spoke to his colleagues in his own language and they giggled. Felt very uncomfortable. As I have been going there for a couple of years, he should have known what I get as I always get the same thing done to my nails.
