   Great Tesco. Always has what I need whenever I go in there. Staff are always friendly & attentive. Good choice of food, including dairy & gluten-free options as my wife is both gluten & dairy intolerant. There is also a cash-point just outside the store if you need to withdraw cash.

   This is horrible. Every time I come to pick up an order, I have to wait 20-30 minutes, maybe even more. On top of that, no one is available, no one pays attention to you, and all the workers are walking around the store without noticing that the customer needs their help. I will never come to shop at this store again.

   After having a nice day around the shopping center, it was sum what marred by the terrible experience at this "Superstore". Was absolutely heaving, only 2 conveyor checkouts open, and the self service basket completely over capacity. 2 people behind us decided to turn around and sneak into the trolley only section, nothing was said so I assumed this was an exception the shop made in busy periods. As I went to go there too a Tesco worker, short grey hair and glasses spoke to me in a condescending and rude tone, told me "No you can't use this area, it's trolleys only". I'd told her about the man behind who had just skipped in and why it was alright for him to do so. She said "he was directed through to the trolley service by me" he was not, as I was observing the whole time. Queued up another 5 minutes for what to happen? To get told to use the trolley self serve instead as the basket one were full. Absolute sham of a Tesco.

   So this store only uses self scan checkouts and does not give the customer the option of using a staffed checkout! I will never shop at a store that doesn't have an option to be served by a member of staff.

   I've had a few problems with staff members in this shop with bad customer service and very rude and abrupt attitude. There is a staff member called Tina a large women that works on the tills and self checkouts and today decided not to serve me as she didn't like the look of me. She just up and walked off. I didn't actually know what was going on at first and neither did the other staff so I spoke to a manager and she told me that all members of staff have the right to refuse service to anyone they like even if they dont like the look of them.

   Usual Tesco superstore but has useful local Community features. Second hand books. Food donation scheme. Christmas toy collection. Plastic wrapper and bag collection. Tokens for local charities. Water filter, batteries recycling scheme.
