Has what you would ecspect from a local, would benifit from having a hot counter, even just a small stand like most other loval shops
The rudest staff I have encountered anywhere, in any store. Openly rude to customers. Totally unhelpful. They even removed the buzzer to summon someone to the tills. They mutter the most amazing insults on their headsets. Best of all they actively and openly HATE working for Sainsburys. What a remarkably sad place to shop.
Staff here seem to think it’s funny to have a running sports style commentary between themselves on their headsets while you are shopping. Commenting on your shopping and cheering when you pick something up. Not even subtle especially the tall chap with the beard. Wont be going here again.
The worst staff I have ever come across. The staff are rude, I have never seen a smile on one of their faces. It’s honestly disgusting. They make you feel so uncomfortable in there. DONT ask about a product or information of any sort, you may aswell be asking them for a kidney. There is a senior looking member of staff, female, brownish hair, she is by far the worst. The PRICES ARE EXTORTIONATE, avoid this shop and it’s cold reception.
Staff is talking to each other. Absolutely no interest in a customer... Mess everywhere and staff with trolleys are blocking the way... So all over this is horrible experience and that way is every day... I dont know why I am writing this because they or the leadership of Sainsburys dont care
A good sized store with a wide variety of products. There were all the essentials that you need. The store was clean and very well presented.
This review is nothing to do with the store itself, it's clean, tidy and well stocked. My issue is with the head sets the staff wear. Personally it's rude to be having a personal conversation with another colleague using a head set about your personal life especially when customers are paying for something at the checkout (I don't want to know what your having for tea tonight). It shows a lack of customer service experience on all levels but the book stops with the general manger of the store.
