   The manager is very rude and unhelpful. He refused to serve my husband a stamp because he “had 3 jobs to do and couldn’t be dealing with another”. Not ideal when we need to send a letter urgently!!

   Grumpy staff more focused on post office then shop customers. Only ever seems to be one person on the till, can hardly move when they have the delivery cages on the shop floor this is probably a h&s risk too. Down hill since morrisons took over

   Always very grumpy manager tram Steve. Constantly taking frustration on customer. If something isn't working or they have shortage of staff he will use swear Ord and tell the customer. No very customer service friendly. I avoid going to the post office there or use the shop

   Ordered over the uber eats app and it was 50% off over £18. I spent the 18 and got the 50% which with fees and delivery cost me £13 altogether.. They then never ended up having 2 of the items on my list but charged me extra for it seeing as now the total doesn't add up to £18 to qualify! I then go on my bank statement and they've charged me £21 instead! I'm not happy about this.. Will never be using this service again!

   Rude staff!! there was only one member of staff in shop serving and was on the post office counter. There were no other staff on shop floor or behind the counter. When I asked if there was someone to serve on the till as I didn't need the post office, I got told that she 'may serve me' after she had served the rest of the queue of 6 people for the post office!!! I went elsewhere and won't be returning

   All of the staff are absolutely lovely apart from one male member of staff (I think he's the manager as he works most days during the daytime) who makes every encounter very uncomfortable as he is unnecessarily rude and grumpy. I've started using a different shop and post office as he's just needlessly rude and unhelpful, but it's a shame as the other staff are great.

   I phoned your store up tonight, I am an elderly lady in self isolation, I was trying to get some eggs, the lovely lady who spoke to me Wendy she said there were no eggs in the shop but she would try to find some for me she went to another shop and found me some, when speaking to her on the phone again I asked if your shop had any butter she said you had some there, I asked if the paper delivery person could bring me some in the morning, Wendy then said I will bring them round to you if I would like after she finishes work. I am just so grateful to this lovely lady for her kindness what a wonderful member of staff you have there. Regards to you all Mrs. Pam Baker and many thanks
