The best wine shop in Southsea. George is excellent and he really knows his stuff. Range is brilliant and food is lovely. Would 100% recommend and then recommend again.
Crushed and Cured felt like stepping into a friend’s stylish and cosy kitchen — relaxed, welcoming, and full of great conversation over amazing food and wine. As a group of six, on a girls night, we loved trying different wines with great recommendations from the team. The olives, bread, cheeses, and meats were all delicious, but the mackerel pâté was the star of the show! Such a lovely spot to unwind, try something new, and feel totally looked after.
Crushed & Cured is a fabulous addition to the Southsea hospitality scene. There's a wonderful wine and beer selection which you can buy retail to take home. Or even better, drink in house and feast on brilliant charcuterie and cheese platters and small plates.
Great afternoon ‘sampling’ great sharing platters rinsed with quality wines and craft beers. Highly recommend this place, our host was knowledgable and friendly. Some of our group weren’t particularly wine drinkers, however they got involved at tried the various choices we made. All of us have come away more knowledgable, full from the lovely sharing boards and ‘cheery’ from the wines.
Visited last night with friends. A fabulous experience with George the owner helping us to choose the perfect wine and cheeses for a superb evening in a comfortable, cosy atmosphere. Will definitely be returning for more delicious wine but I will also return for a wine tasting session to try a few more wines that I’m sure will be most splendid. Totally recommend for a evening with a difference

A wonderful new local offering in the wine and deli arena. An excellent variety of selected producers’ wares are on offer, all of which are a delight. The owners knowledge and passion permeate the buying experience making it hugely enjoyable. Cant rate this more highly.
