   Always ask for a receipt as after going here almost daily for two years I realised almost every time I visited I was being over charged- even charged 10p for a carrier bag when I didn’t purchase one. The justification I was given is that the same item on a shelf can have two prices. So 3 identical bags of crisps- one has one price, one has another. Also won’t send off parcels until after 9am even when there isn’t a single ‘paying customer’ in the store. Don’t seem to realise that majority of customers are ‘paying’ at some point. I now only visit as a last resort.

   Such a lovely store to visit. In there everyday and everyone is smiling and very chatty, friendly and ready to help. Good selection of nearly everything you might need. Really so much better than other stores. Five stars all the way.

   Great little shop, I'm in there most days dropping off parcels as they do pretty much every courier! People moan about only dropping parcels off 9am-9pm but the shop is usually busy before 9am with people going to work/school so I get it. The queue for parcel drop off/collection is only ever 2-3 mins so never a long wait.

   Extremely disappointing. Introduced a new policy where those collecting/sending parcels are last served. In front of 5 people and yet informed to wait to the side. Following time, was being served and then pushed aside again for another customer to be served. The guy was clear and angled to get me to purchase from his shop by manner and tone he spoke.. telling me I should take a leaflet so could shop next time. Personally, think this was wrong, I was organised polite and now made to feel uncomfortable going to this shop. I paid to ship my items, paid for a service a service which the shop benefits from, as the gain payment from the delivery companies. Treatment like the above, has made me not want to enter this store at all and will proceed to go elsewhere, where not talked down to despite fact I paid for my the service. If they don't want todo parcels then should stop it completely, instead of acting in this manner.

   Not accepting Parcels before 9am?? I have been using this shop for 5 years for sending parcels and the occasional shop. For some reason they have limited the sending times to after 9am. This is a real inconvenience as most people are at work. They claim it's to prioritise shop customers but I was the only person in there at 7:15am this morning when I was told to come back at 9am. I used to walk most mornings to send my parcels and now I will have to go elsewhere. Another example of a good local service that is now worse for no good reason!

   I used this shop to drop off a Hermes parcel and all ok and no complaints. Reasonably easy to find a parking space.

   Staff are not even requesting that shoppers should wear masks. The lady at the till was not wearing a mask and there is no screening at all. Out of the eight people in the store, four were not wearing masks. There also no notice on the entrance to the effect that the wearing of a mask is a legal requirement.
