I’ve previously used TPS for years. They are expensive, but did offer services that some other suppliers don’t. Today when making an order they won’t take payment when ordering a part and refuse to leave the part without payment, leaving me stuck and my customer annoyed. TPS seem to assume everyone has an accountant available 24/7 - or that my staff will pay for parts with their own money I will avoid using them again in the future. They’re awkward to deal with for the sake of it, throwing in weird policies all over the place. They clearly only want to deal with larger dealerships, so I’ll happily take my business elsewhere.
