   Not good at all, I called them twice, the first time they couldn’t deliver, so they wrote my number and said they would get back to me after the weekend, but they didn’t. I called back asking for the car parts That I had spoken about and they were completely lost. They didn’t communicate between themselves and forgot about the parts. Also really rude over the phone. This is the first store I’ve ever come across that shows no interest in helping customers or even trying to make a sale.

   Bought a stereo from here for my Passat was a great price works perfectly and had a loverly chat with the owner he is very helpful showed me around let me pick the part I wanted and even gave me one of the parts for free the parts sell for £170 on eBay which he knew his self but he gave me it free what a nice guy I will definitely be going back there if I need any other parts for my Passat . Thank you sir

   Very good service. I've tried a couple of times for awkward parts that are going to be very hard to find anywhere but they're always helpful on the phone trying to solve the problem or supply alternative ideas. Definitely the first place to call in search of parts.

   Ordered a part over the phone. Despite telling the very confused guy with limited English the very simple address 5 times and the postcode in phonetics, they still sent it to the wrong place (nowhere near mine where nobody lived). Common sense would tell you that I don't live at a bowling green! The first line was wrong and so was the postcode. As a result I had to run around to find my item. Needed the part for work so this cost me money. Paid 10 pounds for postage, but as you didn't post it to me, I think you need to refund it. They stopped replying to my emails hence the review. I'll remove this review once I have received the money. Thanks

   Rip off merchants, got a engine off this company with supposedly cylinder head gaskets changed and ready to go. When the engine was fitted it had very noisy tappets and a overheating problem they did send some more tappets but my mechanic refused to fit them as half of them were no good anyway, also pointless spending extra money fitting them as the so called new head gaskets have gone so causing the overheating problem. This company is quick to take your money but do not want to know you when there is a problem. I am now taking legal action against them to try and recoupe some of the money I have lost. Please be aware of this if you are thinking of buying anything off this company. I am also in the process of reporting them to trading standards as I have seen lots of complaints on the internet about Rover Breakers LTD of Hull, so please do your research before you think about buying from these people
